Hi everyone, my name is Bonnie and I am on Slimming World. Had a great first week with a loss of 6.5lbs, followed by a dissappointing 0.5lb gain in the second week. Starting this diary to record everytihng I eat so that I can be sure I am on track from now on. So, here goes:

5/7/12

B: peach, bananna and grape fruit salad with 3tbsp ffnat yog.

L: 4 Ryvita Rye with ff cottage cheese (hexB), 1/4 avocado (4 syns), loads of tomato and cucumber slices

D: fish fillets cooked in lemon juice and pepper, SW chips, mushy peas, salad

S: apple, mullerlight

E: 4 mile run

Hi Bonnie,

Well done for losing 6lbs over your first fortnight, that's fab! We're exactly the same weight & I also enjoy running but it looks like you've been sticking to plan more than i have- I tend to overdo the syns!

Thanks Amelie, yes I do that too - most days last week I had about 15 syns, so this week am limiting myself to about 5 to see if that is why I had a gain. Nothing like running to melt fat though! Good luck!

B: 1 slice brown toast (hexB) 1 tsp spread (2 syns) 1 apple

L: tuna and sweetcorn salad with vinegar and black pepper, mullerlight

D: large bowl moules in white wine source (1syn), samphire, green beans, 1/4 watermelon

S: bananna, milk for day (hexA)

No exercise - apart from walking around the shops! Had a lucky escape today as was due to have a boozy lunch but it was cancelled at the last minute. I drove anyway so that I wouldn't have to drink and was all set to eat within the plan. My head is totally in the right place this week - I WILL have a loss!
