Bottle Shaker's.....

Hi all,


Im looking for a bottle shaker for the vlcd to take out and about.... I found this which look's handy for those who work all day as you don't have to bring along bags with servings, because everything is stored in the shaker.

I have a similar shaker, and just carry about the sachet. Shaker was £3.99 from a sports/budy building store.

Stick to the ones that have the metal ball in as they really do blend the shake well!

Agreed a blender bottle with metal whisk works ace, that's all I use
