Attack Bran oats?????? HELP

Hi guys could someone please let me know if Jordans Natural Bran (wheat) is the same things as bran oats? I really don't want to buy the wrong thing.If this is not it could you please let me know what it is and what supermarket i can find it at

The packet you need should have the words oat bran on the label. Wheat bran is not the same. Xx

I got my first bag from holland and Barrett - about 89p so v v cheap. Next bag found in supermarket (either sains or tesco can't remember) in cereal aisle with museli.

I found mine in Tesco, 1.49 for quite a large bag!
Very tasty made as a porridge with cinnamon and sweetener!

No.

Check the ingredients - you need pure oat bran, not the flakes which contain added wheat, barley, and sugar.

Easiest places to get it I've found is tesco & morrisons , think most holland & barrera are sold out as they are repackaging it I was told when I tried to get it
