It's payday which means meal out for me & my partner! Going to a place called El Vaquero which is a Brazilian place. They have a massive salad bar with lots of salads, rice etc. Then the waiters go round all the tables with big skewers of different meats & carve it onto your plate. They keep going around until you're full. It's such a lovely place & the food it unreal! I am wondering how many syns you would count for the meat, if any. I'm not sure if its all marinated in oil or anything! Help!
