Bread advice?

Hi all

I've already posted this on the syns board but hoped to get more opinions here. Is there any form of white bread or roll that counts as a HEb? I adore bread but hate brown bread, however much I try to eat it. Apparently WW petit pain is ok, any more advice or help people can offer with regards to sliced white? I know I could syn it but it makes more sense if I could find a HE friendly white bread. Thanks :)

There isn't any white bread which can be used as a hexb. If you don't live alone why not give different wholemeal brands a try, then if you don't like it the bread won't go to waste. I think one of the WW bread is a hexb, I've just tried logging on to the SW site to check but it doesn't appear to be working:(

2 slices of hovis nimble white bread is a Heb it's listed on the healthy extras list on the sw web site and in the list in the new food optimising book.
