Breaded quorn fillets syns?

Anyone know the syns for these? Have googled but can't find anything. I'm about to eat 2 so hope it's not a lot!

Hiya

If it's these - Quorn, Crispy Fillets in Light Batter, twin pack, frozen, 100g each - they're 3 each on EE.

If it's these - Quorn, Garlic & Herb Fillets, twin pack, frozen, 100g each - they're 4.5 each on EE.
