My friend wanted someone to start slimming world with for the second time so I agreed. I am yet to go to group and hoping that someone can give me the syn value for some yogurts I already have in the fridge.
Aldi Brooklea Light Banana & Custard Yogurts 175g, they look very similar to the Muller light ones.
