I've just had a look on SW website & can't find a Brooklea Vanilla Rice desert, can you give the nutritional values & I'll take a look.

Thank you!
The nutritional info is as follows:

per pot: cals 242 (12%), sugar 25.8g (29%), fat 4.4g (6%), sats 3.2g (16%), salt 0.29g (5%)

1 pot = 200g

the sugar seems pretty high!! think they'll probably be quite bad, but just hoping that they're not cos it was quite filling for a snack and tasted lovely.
Just wondering if it's worth buying any more.

Thanks for your help!

Assuming that is is something similar to a muller rice then it will just be a straight 1 syn for every 20 calories as desserts do not qualify for a free food allowance. So 12 syns :(

Oh yikes! Guess they're off the list then!! Thought it might be a little too good to be true! :-( Does the rice component not classify as a freefood then? Sorry, I've not got the pot anymore to look at the carb and prot % but i think that was the only info that was given. Thanks for your help!
