Can someone please tell me how many syns are in weight watchers brown bread?

Brown Danish Bread, 400g sliced loaf, 1 slice 2½
White Danish Bread, 400g sliced loaf, 1 slice 2½
Malted Danish Bread, 400g sliced loaf, 1 slice 2½
Thick Grained Bread, 400g sliced loaf , 1 slice 4
Wholemeal Bread, 400g thick sliced loaf, 2 slices 6½

You can also have 3 of the Brown Danish or 2 of the Wholemeal as a HEXB.

If you have 1 & 3/4 slices of any wholemeal bread this is your HEB on EE

If you have 1 & 3/4 slices of any wholemeal bread this is your HEB on EE

That depends on the size of the slices though, basically it's 57g of any wholemeal bread.
