Hi everyone, I'm making a bolognaise in the slow cooker. Would you guys brown the mince first or just throw it all in and turn it on? Thanks in advance x
I always brown the meat first, hope you used low fat mince or extra lean?
When I use the slow cooker I cook the food in a saucepan and place it in the slow cooker when all the ingredients are in it.
Pre-heat the slow cooker, then add the ingredients, turn to "low" and you can then go to work!
