I'm on day two of my new start. I've followed the plan on and off for years, and during my last membership I lost 9.5 stone. Sadly I've gained 5 stone of it due to some difficult life events, but I'm back and raring to go!
I'm doing it from home, as a student nurse working shifts, ad a mum of 3 little ones I find it tricky getting to class and hate weighing in on a different day every week.
