Day 1:

B: Bacon and scrambled egg made with butter and cheese.

L: Chicken, boiled egg and ham salad, with dollop mayo.

D: Steak, mushrooms stuffed with cheese and butter, cauliflower with cheese sauce. Small amount cream mixed with sweetner.

Lots of water!

Comments/advice welcome. Note I am following Clarke plan so allowed 40-50g carb per day.

And what's the Clarke plan?

Hiya, the Clarke plan is a high protein, low carb plan by Charles Clarke. You aim to eat 40g of carbs per day, but can go up to 60g (absolute limit) and are allowed to drink alcohol (some) in moderation. There are books available on Amazon.
 
Not been good this morning, but back on it now:

L: Chicken, ham and boiled egg salad with feta and dollop of mayo.

D: Burgers, cauliflower with cream cheese sauce, mushrooms stuffed with cheese and a bit of cream mixed with sweetner for afters.
