Bulletproof coffee

So I've read a few diaries and lots of you are having bulletproof coffee in the morning. I've looked on the website etc so know what's in it but what do you guys use? Are you using the suggested coffee or normal stuff?

Hi, don't think you have to use the official bp coffee but do use a good one. I just use your everyday Nescafé instant (as Ive currently got one of those huge tins you get in offices) 2tablespokns of coconut oil and generous knob of butter.

It's not necessary to use their own coffee, I used Taylors of Harrogate (you can get this in supermarkets) and it was fab & it's good quality.

I would stay away from instant stuff though..
