Bye-Bye LT.

Well after a week of doing it 100%, no slip up's whatsoever, I lost 2lbs.

For me, having no food and nothing but water is not worth it to only lose 2lbs in a week. I lost a stone in 3 weeks prior to LT following a low calorie diet, so I'm going to do the re-feed and then start the low cal diet again and start Zumba class next week so hopefully I can shift the 3 stone that way.

Don't give up because of one bad weigh in. I lost 1lb last week one measly pound. At my weigh in yesterday I lost 4lbs this week and I'm another 2lbs down this morning. Everyone on a VLCD will have poor weeks. At least give it another week see how you do. I bet you'd get a great result
 
I agree with Starlight, I'm not on a vlcd nor have I ever been but I don't think a week is enough to give any diet a chance. Your body naturally fluctuates during a month, give it time & I'm sure you'll see results. Your body also probably doesn't understand what's happening as you've gone from one diet to another & it maybe thinks it needs to store fat. Give it a few weeks. Good Luck x
