Caffeine

Has anyone had problems getting into ketosis and started by having caffeine from day one? or is it generally ok?

I've seen lots of people have tea/coffee/coke zero on their first few days, so has anyone had problems losing when doing that?

10lbs loss with coke zero every day and 2 cups of teaa tea
 
awesome :) that makes me happy, is it that coke zero has less carbs than diet coke or does no one like diet coke? lol, no one mentions diet coke =P
 
Diet Coke has citric acid which can affect ketosis. Coke zero doesn't have citric acid.
 
I practically run off caffeine, dont think it affects loss at all. Boosts my mood and keeps me awake!
