I really didn't want to do anything other than chill today, however it was a different story. So my diary entry for today is:
60 minutes at the gym-
5:00 minutes - treadmill (1/2 kilometre

)
5:00 minutes - bike
10:11 minutes - rowing machine (rowed 2000m, level 6)
40:00 minutes - resistance work on my abs and legs (including squates on the Vibroplate)
