Hello everyone.
I've spent the last year calorie counting and lost about a stone.
With calorie counting I was making the wrong choices hence going back to slimming world.
I have about ten pound to lose to get to target which is about 8 st 9.
I joined my local sw group last Wednesday and weighed in at 9.5 and a half.
This past week I've been eating so healthy and am really enjoying the diet although I do go over my syns each day.
When I've gone to class before I've never stayed to image therapy as it's not my idea of fun.
I'm due to weigh in this Wednesday but I'm tempted to weigh in at home tomorrow and save the 5 pound towards a holiday. I find with two young children it's hard to get to a class and when I've gone in the past I just weigh and go. I just hope I have the motivation to do it.
Today
Breakfast
Heb bread with spread 1 syn plus vegemite.
Lunch
Potshot. Loads of fruit.
Prawns with chilli dip 1 syn.
Dinner
Paella plus loads of veg with chorizo 4 syns.
Snacks
Pork scratchings and kit Kat.
Also I use a Fitbit which I love so far on 16k steps today.
