Calorie help please ....

Hi all, I havent got MFP and I have googled but still can't get a straight answer ??? Can anyone tell me how many cals would be in a Jacket Potato, raw weight 450gms, thanks girls, always get confused with cooked and raw , doesn't take a lot lol

Had it with goats cheese and red onion tartlet and a big salad. Perfect summer food!
