Hi everyone. New to this site but started the Cambridge Diet last week and had my first weigh in last night -8.5lbs chuffed!! However did anyone else feel slightly depressed at the loss of food. I know what I'm doing is for the best and I'm very motivated and have not cheated one bit since starting but at times I get really depressed feeling like I have lost something in my life. I'm very much a comfort eater and find the evenings a real struggle.
The first 4 day were a real mental struggle. On about day 2 I was so hungry and I found myself thinking what are you doing, you don't even want to be skinny hahah. My body was so playing mind games trying to convince me to eat. However since ketosis has set in everything's been grand on the hunger front its the mental struggle...
Just wondered how others got on in there first couple of weeks?
