Cambridge to Exane?

Hi all, I have done Cambridge for nearly 4 weeks, i'am really happy with it and have lost about 16lb, I started at 12.9 and am now 11.7, I would ideally like to lose another 2 stone but i'am finding Cambridge expensive, that being said I can afford to do it, being a single mum I always feel guilty spending Money on me. I can buy a months worth of Exante for about £85 but just wondering if anyone Else has swapped? I know it's about a 100 calories a day more so wondering if my weight loss will slow, any thoughts?

Its personal choice really on taste , i have done exante and didn't like any of their products i found them really bland and the shakes not very sweet ! I really struggled to get them down and there was limited choice ! I know a few people on slim and save and have commented the products are almost the same as cambridge but with a wider choice , i myself think for a sake of a couple of quid ,,, don't forget you have to pay p&p, that the weekly weigh ins keep me on track , good luck with whatever you decide !

Weight losses on all the Vlcds are the same. If you're thinking of swapping id recommend Slim and Save. Their meal packs are amazing

I do a mix of Cambridge and Exante now. I have done both Cambridge and lost 3st and Exante and lost nearly 3st. I prefer Cambridge becasue of the variety. I only like Exante shakes and you soon get bored with the same 4 flavours, well 3 really coz the chocolate shake is rank

I almost did Slim and Save - ordered the sample pack and was impressed with what I had, but decided that Cambridge is the route for me right now. This is purely personal choice based on 1)Pretty much surviving on tetras for convenience and 2)Needing the motivation and reassurance of an official weekly weigh in with my amazing Consultant. Still have a few slim and save bits left and use them every now and then, just for a bit of variety!

If at any point I couldn't continue with Cambridge, I would move to Slim and Save

My friend bought 2 weeks worth for £36 and I think she may find they don't taste as nice as when she did Cambridge but we shall see x

I have done Exante before and agree that there isn't a huge choice, the thing for me really isn't the packs, I don't love any of them though I do like the Cambridge bars, it's the weigh in that keeps me going, I have just ordered 2 months of Exante for about £175, my new gym have a weighing machine that does your weigh, body fat etc, i'am hoping I will use that as my monthly weigh in. If it doesn't work I will go back to Cambridge, thanks for replying
