Does anyone know the syns value of Campbells pasta and sauce broccoli and cheese flavour?

It says on the SW website, 100g cooked (made up as directed) is 1 syn.
Being no mathematician (and not having weighed the total cooked product weight) I have no idea what the translates as for the total packet!
