Can anyone help with wobble machines?

I bought a very good condition vibrating machine from a friend - I really want to use it and its fairly obvious what to do but has anyone got any idea as to how long I should go on it and how often? She lost the instruction book!

Its one of the ones you stand on and hold onto the handlebars.

Thanks xxxx

I use machines in a local club and we use them for 10 mins at a time. Does the machine have any built in programmes?

10 minutes in total.
You can stand on it. Can also do the squat position. Sit on it. And put your hands on it to do your arms. As though you are doing a press up (the woman's way, on your knees and then place the palm of your hands on the pads).

search youtube, you'll get advice and workouts.. but i'd stay away from searching for 'how to use a vibrating machine' never know what you'll see lmao

Squats and lunges (make sure your knee isnt further forward than your toe). Plank, tricep dips, press ups. Never lock your joints. Keep your back straight. Try not to grip the bars - just use for balance

Ok and would this be every day? x

I think you can use it everyday if you wish. I used to go five times a week. They had one round the corner from where I worked, but the place closed down. I will be honest I didn't notice a difference at all. But if it's in your gym and you don't have to pay I'd give it a go. Some people swear by it.
