Can anyone tell me which AH couscous are free on green?

When I looked them up online none of them come up as free. Some are .5 or 1 syn but thats about it

The tomato one and the 'spice sensation' one are free on green without oil or butter added

All i know is spice sensation is 1/2 a syn on EE and green - used to be free though!

not according to the online food diary syn checker there not - they are both half a syn

Strange, my book shop to slim at Tesco 2008 states they're free and the others are all 0.5 ???? How'd they suddenly change

Maybe its another food thats been updated. I don't eat them so wouldn't know and just looked them up online and none of them came out free. Best to speak with your consultant.
