I have the book and I know this is not an option given since it has to be 1PP/1PV etc. I find loosing weight quicker on PP days and would like to do PP from Monday to Thursday then PV over the weekend?
From reading messages on here quite a few choose this route so that PV days fall over a weekend. To keep things inline with the 1:1 most alternate with a 3pp/4pv to keep the equal number of days.
I have been doing that for a little while. Every wed, thu and fri i do pp. Sat, sun and mon PV. The tuesdays are alternated so I bet exactly 15pp days and 15 pv days in a month.
