Can I do this?

Hey! The first couple of days are different for everyone, personally i found it fine. Im starting Exante tomorrow. The advice i would give is to be determined, have a goal you want and drink water like there is no tomorrow (sensibly of course). I think the key to the first few days is literally, get up have some water - get on with the first shake. as soon as that hunger pang hits drink some water. Keep yourself busy throughout the day and you will be fine. Good luck, ill be keeping an eye on your diary. :)

Welcome. As folk have already said - water!

The first few days are really not too bad and are probably building up in your mind as some sort of monster. Just crack on and be inspired by other peoples diaries on this forum.

It's not like jumping out of a plane where there's no going back once you've leapt into the unknown - if doing Exante feels wrong to you once you've started you can change your mind, but I really don't think you will do as the results will amaze you and you will soon feel great.

Goodluck on your exante journey! I'm just over a week in to my plan and am feeling great, I split my meals for the first day as I thought I would be hungry but now I have three meals a day and am very rarely hungry, if I have a little pang then I have water and that normally sorts me out...I occasionally treat myself to a coke zero just to take the boredom out of constantly having water but I don't have it everyday.

Looking forward to reading more of your diary as the days/weeks go on :)

I am on day 2 and too be honest I am finding it quite hard! Don't know my weigh (he he) around this forum too well but its going to be a lifesaver I know! Feel free to add me, as we have started at around same time - might be good to have a buddy?
