Attack Can i drink herbal tea?

I have the book at home but can't remember whether you can drink herbal tea! if anyone knows and can advise that would be great.

I believe you can drink herbal and green teas. I've been drinking Twinings green teas and chamomile tea since the beginning and it hasn't affected my weight loss
