Can I freeze coleslaw....?

There's always loads of coleslaw left over when I make it, will it freeze: ingreedients are:
spring onion, cabbage, pepper, grated carrot, red onion and from frais. if not, can i chop the veg all ready, and freeze in little tubs, then defrost and add from frais? Thanks in advance

Personally I don't think it would freeze and then defrost very well either way. Could you just make less?!!

Yeah I could do... just wouldn't use the rest of the cabbage so didn't want to waste it lol! Thanks for reply

I waste more red cabbage... I make soup with the white cabbage.
Just cabbage, spring onion, carrot, tattie.....anything u want really.
