Hi everyone, I am on my second day of attack and wondering if I am allowed the chilled chicken mini fillets that are flavoured (eg BBQ, tandoori, hot and spicy)? Any ideas anyone?
Check the ingredients of the flavouring. Usually they include some forms of sugar (under a variety of names) or starch (ditto) and so are not allowed on attack or cruise.
Why not flavour your own chicken pieces with the allowed spices, herbs and flavouring?
