As the title says.
I've read about people eating scratchings on here but I'm not sure if I can eat them guilt free.
The same goes for the fat from the meat, this includes the bacon rind and skin off the chicken.
i know, and hey i have lost 3 pounds in my first 2 days, and have eaten loads of crap!! (drum sticks, cheese, eggs, steak, mince, pork scratchlings, bacon, bacon, pork scratchlings pmsl)
same here.i never thought it wud work but i thought i wud try it anyway an ive lost 6lb in 5 days.the weight seems to drop off but wot happens wen u reintroduce carbs...the weight all goes bk on.

Surely the weight will only go back on if you overload on carbs again. If you follow the maintenance plan and find your own level of carbs to suit your body, you won't gain. Jim is living proof of that. He's been in maintenance for a number of years now.
