Hi Ladies
I'm very new to this......as in, I've started today!! Anyway, my question to anyone who can help is............I have bought Sainsbury's wafer thin ham which is 2g per 100g of fat. Is this ok, as I didn't, for some strange reason, buy the low fat version (although I thought I'd picked it up!). Obviously I am on the Attack phase.
Many thanks and hoping to be able to stick to it;)

I've just realised I've posted this in the wrong place...........I'm really sorry but I don't seem to be able to delete it

Hi and welcome.

You can have ham and I do. It can cause water retention so not everyone gets in with it! try it and see what happens

Good luck

I think ham is 'allowed' on the US version of the diet but certainly the book I read said no pork, so I've never had it.

See how you get on but if your weightloss is slow, it might be worth ditching the ham and getting back to 'clean' food - home cooked chicken, beef, etc

Enjoy your Attack :D
