wanting to know the syn value for pataks coat and cook, i got loads from homebargains really cheap and dont fancy them going to waste, i have the tikka one andd the lime and coriander xxxxx

the tikka one is 11 syns on all days and the lime and coriander one is 11 1/2 syns on all days. xx

OMG thats really bad.......saying that i wouldnt used the whole packet on myself so just divide it by 4 its not too bad, thanks for that xxxx
