You can use the sweetner tablets but not granulated(altho I think some people do use it aslong as it doesn't contain aspartame)

yep any of the tablet form sweeteners are fine but not the powdered

I was wondering the same thing. Gone out and bought tablet ones now though so hopefully that should be ok!

The powdered stuff is really high in carbs per 100g, due to the bulking agent

Bear in mind though a whole jar is 75g though, I suppose it's negligible how much carbs you'd ingest per serving, but perhaps depends on how many servings in a day you'd go through?

That's interesting lexie_dog. If I have to use it I'll only use a tiny amount then. At the moment I'm happy with my little tablets hehe!
