This is the best i can do - you'll get the jist of it. The numbers below the foods are what i think the carbs are - Salad veggies will be lettuce, cucumber, green peppers and spring onions. Veggies for dinner will be broccolli, cauli, celeriac etc... Thanks Guys, much appreciated.
Looks OK to me love, I'm surprised the peri peri is so low in carbs though? and I'd like to see less processed food in there as well. What green leaf veggies are you using in the salad?
