Hi,
Last night I was out & had some canapes. There were 3 main types:
- Bruscetta type things (about 1cm think toasted bagette slice topped with smoked salmon & prob some kind of cream cheese)
- Blinis, small size, topped with either smoked fish or sliced meats
- small circles of bread (about 3cm diametre) topped with either small square of pate & chutney, or some kind of fish paste and prawn, or guacamole (i think!) & fish
Any idea of syn values for any of these???
