Hello! My name is Nicola, I'm very new here and I'm doing WW ProPoints (26PP a day). And this is my food diary!

Monday 13th Feb

142ml skimmed milk for the day - 1PP

B: 2 Weetabix with Splenda, 200ml orange juice and a portion of cherries - 5PP

L: Turkey salad with a hard boiled egg, salad leaves, baby plum tomatoes and radishes, plus a Mullerlight and sparkling water - 5PP

D: Quorn pieces with leeks, mushrooms and garlic, 150g new potatoes, broccoli and 250ml sparkling fruit juice - 10PP

Snacks: 2 Ryvitas with 1 Laughing Cow triangle, Curly Wurly - 5PP

Bang on 26! A good day :)
