Cannelloni recipes?

I've got some cannelloni in my cupboard, and haven't really cooked with it before, boyfriend doesn't really like tomato based things etc so I tend not to do a lot of pasta,

I love anything pasta wise, wondered of anyone had any cannelloni recipes I can do for myself veggie and meat, maybe something with quorn mince or chicken would be nice

Hi Frankie, cannelloni's nice with spinach and ricotta cheese. If you search in the Recipe threads or ask, someone might have a better suggestion?..
Or you could try googling for recipes without tomatoes....
