Im so pleased with myself
Just had to tell you all this...
Not only have I done a full week on EE, I've been to my WI (really worried) and have lost a 1 1/2 lb !!
so im happy with that !!

and......Ive got my 1 1/2 stone award :clap::clap:

and I've only been doing SW for 9 weeks ....OMG
