Hi everyone, I've decided to keep a (hopefully) daily diary to try and keep me on track
My name is Cat, and I'm 27 and a little shortass at 5'2 and my start weight was 201lb, which is the biggest I've ever been
I've been on ss for 16 days so far (yay) and lost 12 LB so far (+ 9 that I'd lost few weeks before on CD but restarted so counting from 2 weeks ago now.
My first week I lost 10 but my second only 2lb
I have had 2 good things happen yesterday though, my first was a pair on jeans that didn't even fit me a month ago I could pull up yesterday without undoing the flies woohoo and my second was cos I weigh in LB I didn't realise I've made it into the 12's yippee.
I've got 60lb to loose which will take me to 10st - still overweight but my first target, so far I've lost 21 so I'm a third of the way there.
I've noticed also I'm craving food I didn't even like before like cottage pie and I can't wait to start cooking again when I've finished CD.
Today I went swimming and swam 64 lengths which is a mile and I've had 3.5l squash - I can't stand water!!! Yuk and I've had 2 cups of tea ( with milk) -I'm trying to cut down - and hoping I can have no more than 5 per day so a little bit of milk each day is like a treat haha
Evenings is where I really struggle- once my daughter is in bed normally the munchies come out lol, but I've been going to bed around 8/9 and watching tv in bed so in distracted from the kitchen
I also start a new job in a few weeks so hopefully that keeps me distracted too
My bad habits come out when I'm bored, I'm not an emotional eater or eat cos I'm hungry- I eat when I'm bored so I'm tsing to do things which keep my hands busy - I did take up cross stitch on my last diet bit on bored of that now
any tips??
Anyway I think I've done enough rambling for now so I shall go and drink some squash lol
