I has any one read any of these books as there are a lot on Amazon with a very good selection from Greek Mexican slow cooker ect but no reviews and don't want to waste my money

Thanks just needed ideas - good think my partner was a chef as he only cooks with butter and olive oil - and no packet mixes .


What's your views about potatoes ? New old sweet with without skins ?
