celery soup recipe anyone?

does anyone have a dukan friendly recipe for celery soup? I have a huge bunch of the stuff which needs eating before it starts to go brown..

really wanted a recipe for celery only but can't find one on here

but not to worry, did the best I could and it came out lovely

spray light
1 head celery
1 large onion
chicken / beef stock



sauted celery and onion in pan until really soft
added stock
whisked it all up with my hand blender

done.

thinking could make it cream of celery next time by perhaps adding a splash of ss milk and tsp of cornflour (tolerated)
