Changing things up

Hi all!

Thought I'd start writing a diary to keep me on the straight and narrow and to challenge myself to create new meals all the time. Hopefully I'll inspire others too xxx
 
Wednesday 14th November

Breakfast:

2 weetabix and skimmed milk (a and part of b)
Banana

Lunch:
Homemade tomato soup packed with peppers onions tomatoes garlic chilli and chickpeas then blitzed down

Tea:
More soup ( couldn't be bothered cooking!)
Pineapple
Apple
Active yoghurt

Drinks:
Tea
Pepsi max
1 ltr water

Thursday 15th November

Breakfast:

2 weetabix and skimmed milk (a and part of b)
Banana

Lunch:
Pineapple
Tangerine
Then jacket potato an beans

Tea:
Cooking minted lamb shanks, mashed potato peas and carrots yum yum!!
Grapes

Drinks:
Tea
1 ltr water

Friday 16th November

Breakfast:

Danish pastry ( naughty naughty!)
Banana

Lunch:
Ham cucumber mixed leaves potatoes tomatoes sweetcorn fat-free dressing
Tangerine

Tea:
Spaghetti bolognese ( celery onion carrot garlic tinned tomatoes tomato purée and extra lean mince)

Snack:
Another Danish pastry!!!!

Drinks:
Tea
1 ltr water

I have Bren so naughty today!! Charity day in work made me do it haha!! Had a lovely day though and not had many syns at all so far this week anyway.

Gonna go to the gym tomorrow and work off those syns probably 40-50!!!

Saturday 17th November

Really random Saturday!!

Been the gym all morning to work off them 2 Danishes so I had brunch instead!

Brunch:
Scrambled egg
Bacon with fat removed
Beans
Mushrooms

Snack:
Grapes
Tangerine
Activia 0% yoghurt

Tea:

Cottage pie made with leftovers from spag Bol

Syns:
2 glasses of wine yummy!
