Hi all first time doing a food diary but hoping it helps me keep track of what I'm eating. I'm pretty new to slimming world and have lost 5lb up to now still got 1 stone 9lb to target. I started Atkins diet jan this year and have lost 2stone but I was on the verge of packing it all in as there was no variety at all so thought I would give slimming world a go it's the best thing I have ever done I love it and I don't feel like I'm on a constant diet. If anything looks not right in my diary please let me I'd love to hear feedback that I'm doing everything right.

Here's what I've eat today

Breakfast- Alpen (heb) banana

Lunch- noodles with chicken and salad

Dinner- stew ( mince, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, onion, sweede and parsnip)
Plenty of veg in there

Snacks- muller light and apple

Syns- sauce for noodles 5
4 quality streets. 8

Also milk as hea
 
So here what I've had today
Breakfast- 2 toast from small 400g loaf as heb with 2 bacon without fat 1 fried egg in fry light 30g of Cheeder hea and a tomato.
Lunch- tomato mug shot then an apple and pear
Dinner- 1 quorn pepperd steak with sw chips and mixed veg

Syns
Lighter than light mayo small spoon and didn't even finish it all 1/2 syn
Semi skimmed milk not even 100 ml 2syns
Pink n whites. 2 1/2 syns
Low fat marg 1 syn

Total 6 syns


So today's been a bit hard I've been packing all day so tried my best to fit my super free in I didn't manage any with my lunch but had fruit straight after need some ideas of what I can eat that's quick and easy need to swat up on some ready meals that are low in syns. Got a week till I move with a 9 month old baby crawling standing and in to everything so just hope i don't start picking at things o shouldn't with not having much time to cook.
 
Ok so today is treat night for me in gonna go over my syns I think but I'll just have to have no or very little tomoz

Apple and then scrambled egg with ham with one cracker bread heb ( not sure how many your allowed)

Lunch
Pasta and mixed veg

Dinner
Half chicken and prawn chow mein ( one is 8 so I'm gonna put 8 to be safe )
Boiled rice syn free
2 spare rib (a portion is 8 1/2 but not having full so I'll say 5 )

Hea milk
Eb

Other syns 175ml of wine 6 syns
I'm gonna have to glasses but I don't even have it half wine I fill most diet lemonade can't be hungover with a baby lol

Total syns 18
Not too bad as long as I don't have anything else after my wine I always get the munches lol.
Tomorrow I'll just have 5 syns and should even out.

plus if they are wholegrain crackerbreads you can have 6 as a healthy extra x

Oh right yes they was wholegrain handy to no thanks. And he's 9 months old so I'm the eyes in the back of my head stage at the moment X

Mug shot (didn't have veg naughty but I nearly didn't eat dinner at all been packing for my move and lost track of time)

Dinner
Piri Piri salmon fillet
Slimming world wedges
Plenty of broccoli

Snacks
Muller light

Syns

Mayo 1

Total syns for today
8

Didnt have enough super free today but got no fruit left ate it all and very busy packing so tying my best going food shopping tomorrow so will stock up on my fruit
Are the micro steam veg still free might get some of them in for quickness this week.

Don't think I'll eat anything else I'm stuffed curry was gorgeous. Getting sick if mugshots but so great for quickness once I'm in new house next week I'll try and be more adventurous with lunch times so I don't get bored

I know they are really good but they get boring I'm trying to keep my shopping to a minimum this week though and then gonna do a big shop when I'm settled only got till Monday and will be in the new house then might try and do some rice and veg tomoz though. I seem to forget lunch though and it gets to about 3 and my belly is rumbling n I no id best get summat quick before I raid the crisp cupboard lol x

Had I Internet this week and not stuck to p,an at all didn't go to meeting Tuesday as was to busy with the move. I weighed myself yesterday and managed to maintain back on track now so hopefully will see a loss when I weigh in on Tuesday.
