Hi all first time doing a food diary but hoping it helps me keep track of what I'm eating. I'm pretty new to slimming world and have lost 5lb up to now still got 1 stone 9lb to target. I started Atkins diet jan this year and have lost 2stone but I was on the verge of packing it all in as there was no variety at all so thought I would give slimming world a go it's the best thing I have ever done I love it and I don't feel like I'm on a constant diet. If anything looks not right in my diary please let me I'd love to hear feedback that I'm doing everything right.
Here's what I've eat today
Breakfast- Alpen (heb) banana
Lunch- noodles with chicken and salad
Dinner- stew ( mince, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, onion, sweede and parsnip)
Plenty of veg in there
Snacks- muller light and apple
Syns- sauce for noodles 5
4 quality streets. 8
Also milk as hea
