ermintrude Gold Member 10 November 2011 #6 Mmm is it this one? If so using that info I get: 7½ Syns per 170g box on Extra Easy On Green it'd be 15.5 as no free food. Edit: Just realised you wrote it per 100g, so yeah I get the same.
