and I don't mean eating by cheating, I mean literally going with some(thing) else behind SW's back!
Have been on slimming world for a few weeks now (3rd weigh in) and lost 7.5lb...came on here to find some support as had a low 1lb loss this week and found this Exante forum. Started reading all the success stories of Exante and all the fantastic mega losses you have all been having and ashamed to say I'm ditching SW for the time being, my first Exante bumper pack arrived today.
Going to try at least the first 7 days to go total and commit to it completely but it sounds like for some it has been a struggle so I'm not going to persecute myself if I adapt a more work solution and do the one small meal approach, from the feedback I am still optimistic that this will deliver fantastic results if adhered to.
Anyway ready for my first shake/soup/bar day tomorrow and have got loads of bottles of water made up in the fridge chilled to make me more likely to keep up with the fluids. just wondering, it says on teh packets for best results whisk or blend but I am intending to do my soup at lunch in work, is a good shake in a flask suffice do you think?
Anyway will posty my progress over the next couple of days, wish me luck!
