Cheating!?!?

Ok I know this is a particularly silly thing to do but i can't stop myself, I came home on Wednesday night and was feeling a bit disappointed after my WI and just went to bed but I've been picking at food yesterday and today, had an ss+ meal both days for damage limitation. It's mainly been a few jelly sweets that my younger sister leaves all over the house! I've just started week 3 so I am expecting a small loss next week as my CDC told me I might but do you think the little deviations from plan will effect my loss badly or even cause a gain? I don't think I've come out of ketosis as I've not been hungry, might go pee on a stick and make sure lol!!

Naughty! Just be careful! My mum was eating polos and it took her out of ketosis, if you do have any mis-haps try and make them to non-carb especially non-sugar sort! Well just try to avoid it all together! I'm lucky that it has taken me almost 4months on plan before things started finding their way into my mouth that shouldn't buy I'm taking that as a message from my body that it needs more since I'm closer to target.

Just try your best to be good, you'll only beat yourself up even more when your results aren't great. And think, this diet is a temporary solution leading to a great result and happy future, it's worth the short term sacrifice right?!
