Ok I know this is a particularly silly thing to do but i can't stop myself, I came home on Wednesday night and was feeling a bit disappointed after my WI and just went to bed but I've been picking at food yesterday and today, had an ss+ meal both days for damage limitation. It's mainly been a few jelly sweets that my younger sister leaves all over the house! I've just started week 3 so I am expecting a small loss next week as my CDC told me I might but do you think the little deviations from plan will effect my loss badly or even cause a gain? I don't think I've come out of ketosis as I've not been hungry, might go pee on a stick and make sure lol!!
