Hi everyone!
I've been thinking about doing this for a little while. I'm really nervous about it as I feel a bit weird about people seeing what I'm eating :eek: But quite a few people commented on one of my threads this week that a diary may help. So, from Monday, I think I will start it and see how it goes.
All suggestions, comments, and advice would be greatly appreciated. I'm doing SW from home with just my starter pack and this forum to help me. So I need all the help I can get :rolleyes:

Anyway, I'll shut up now. Sort of looking forward to starting this now. See you Monday!

Eeeeep, first proper entry! It's been a good day so far, I think.
I hardly ever have breakfast btw, in case anyone notices. I suffer a lot with my sleep and I'm basically never awake early enough to eat it!

Extra Easy day

Lunch: Tin of SW black pepper & lime tuna (1 syn), wholemeal pasta, 3 diff coloured peppers, vine cherry tomato's, and sweetcorn.
A satsuma.

Snack: Banana and Morrison's virtually fat free yogurt-with cinnamon and nutmeg sprinkled over.

Tea: SW chips, 3 fish fingers (4.5 syns), beans, cheese (Hex A), 2 slices of 400g loaf (Hex B) and a tbsp bbq sauce (1syn)

Snack- funsize Chomp (3 syns)

Drinks: 4 coffee's (2 syns for milk). Black tea. Diet Coke.

Syn total for the day: 11.5
Syns left: 3.5

Exercise: 40mins walking

Lunch: 28g porridge (Hex B)-made with 60ml semi skimmed milk (Hex A 1), 100ml water. Teaspoon honey (1 syn) Banana
Apple & Morrison's virtually fat free yogurt.

Snack: Satsuma and 1 Quorn scotch egg (1.5 syn)

Tea: Quorn, frozen lasagne (8 syns), jacket spud, broccoli, green beans, sweet corn. 1 tbsp Flora Light (2.5 syn). 28g Cathedral City (Hex A)

Snack: 2 Alpen light bars (Hex B)

Diet Coke

Exercise: My physio has discharged me and given me the go ahead to gradually start introducing exercise again, yay! Gonna start by doing quite a bit of walking and then eventually get back in to swimming, running, and Wii-ing :D

Hi, just passing through and wanted to let you know that a level tbsp of flora light is 2.5 syns and not 1 as you've counted.

Tea: Tesco chicken style fillet, packet rice, peas, sweetcorn, red onion,broccoli, and 3 diff coloured peppers. Soy sauce. 2 tbsp Helman's extra light mayo (1.5 syns) 42g low fat cheese (Hex B)

At the cinema: 3 Quorn mini scotch eggs (4.5 yns) Funsize bag of choc buttons (4 syns)

Snack: Slice of Quorn sandwich chicken.

Drinks: 3 cups of coffee (Hex A 1 milk)
Diet Ginger Ale.
Diet Coke
Pint of water with no sugar squash.

Tea: SW chips, Quorn lamb grill (1.5 syns), mushy peas, sweetcorn, green beans, 42g low fat cheese (Hex A). 2 tbsp tomato sauce (2 syns)

Snacks: Caramel Freddo (5 syns) 3 chippy chips (gonna put 1 syn just so I can count something for them)

Drinks: 4 mugs of coffee (milk Hex A)
Diet Ginger Ale

Syns used: 9.5
Syns left for the week: 16

Exercise: Over an hour of walking.
 
Got weighed today and I've lost another whole lb :rolleyes: Ah well, at least it's another one in the right direction!
But have decided to have a little break from SW for Xmas-I'm fed up of having to ignore all the nice stuff and have my Mum and Sister roll their eyes at me when I pass on things. So, until the New Year I will be taking a break. I can't promise I wont go mad, because I know I will....but I'm gonna make sure I still have lots of SW friendly meals and keep up with exercising again-even if it's just walking.

Well, I put on 6lbs over my Christmas break :cry: :rolleyes: :eek: Not the end of the world though.
And I have had more time off than I had planned, but I'll be back next week and throwing myself into SW completely. I am determined that this year will be the start of a happy, healthier, and slimmer me :) Plus, there is no way I am going to be a fat brides maid and ruin all the photo's-or not want to look at them!!
So, as there is still a bit of naughty food hanging about I am using this week as an 'easing myself back into it' week-eating healthy, SW friendly meals, but prob still having too many treats. But from Monday, that is it, counting every syn and eating as healthily as I can.
So, will be back here on Monday with the first days food. Better go change my ticker :cry:
 
Back on the wagon today :D Although it is bad timing as it's my birthday on Thursday and I will most definitely be having a day off. But, 6 days on SW is better than non at all...I hope.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs. 2 Quorn Sausages. 2 slices bread little bread(Hex B). 1 tbsp tomato sauce (1 syn) 1/2 tbsp mustard (0.5 syn)

Tea: Jacket sweet potato, green beans, broccoli, 2 mini corn on the cob, Quorn frozen lasagne (8 syns). 2 tbsp Extra light may (1.5 syns)

Drinks:
Diet Coke. 3 cups of coffee (Milk Hex A). Options orange hot chocolate sachet (2 syns)

Tea: Veggie chilli- Quorn mince, tin of tomato's, small tin of mixed beans, small tin of Discovery refried beans, red onion, & 3 diff coloured peppers. Bachelors packet rice with peas and sweetcorn. And a few home made/SW chips. Grated cheese (Hex A) 2 tbsp low fat sour cream (2 syns)

Snack: Chocolate and orange Alpen Light bar (2 syns)

Drinks: 4 cups of coffee (milk Hex A), water, and diet ginger ale.

Syns used: 5
Syns left for the week: 12

Exercise:
Over 4 hours of housework. I'm very achey now :eek:

I was very, very good today and turned down a chippy tea!! I'm going out for a meal for my Birthday tomorrow, so wanted to make sure that I eat as healthy as possible for the rest of the week. Go me ;)

Lunch: Low fat Supernoodles, Quorn pieces, sweetcorn, broccoli, and a tbsp of low fat sour cream (1syn)

Tea: 2 Quorn sausages, 2 egg omelette (splash of milk for part of Hex A), 1/2 tin of baked beans. 1 tbsp tomato sauce (1 syn) Slice of wholemeal bread from uncut loaf (1 Hex B)

Snacks: Solero (5 syns)

Drinks: Coffee (milk HexA). Black tea.

Syns used: 7 syns
Syns left for the week: 20

Awww, thank you Mrs V :D I had a really lovely couple of days.
Ended up having 2 days off because we went out for food for my Birthday and then had a day out in Chester yesterday-bloody impossible to eat out and stick to SW! I did do a lot of walking over the 2 days, so hopefully that will help a little.
Back on today though :) Gonna start again with syns and not carry over the ones I'd managed to save through the week. Will start normal syn counting again from Monday and try and keep to a low syn count for today and tomorrow.

Lunch: 2 Quorn sausages, half a tin of baked beans, 2 slices of wholemeal little bread (Hex B), and a dollop of tomato sauce (1 syn)

Tea: Quorn bolognese-Quorn mince, red onion, garlic, 3 diff coloured peppers, carton of tomato's with basil and oregano, sweetcorn, courgette, and half a tin of mixed beans. (Made enough to freeze a portion) Tagliatelle, green beans, and broccoli.

Snack: Pot of Morrison's Eat Smart blackcurrant yogurt.
3 Hotel Chocolat chocolates (9 syns) Gonna count these as 3syns each, like a friend recommended, but waiting to see if they're more or less.
Alpen Light bar (1/2 Hex B)

Drinks: A few cups of coffee. Diet Coke.

Syns used: 10.

Tea: Left over bolognese, jacket spud, salad, about a teaspoon of Light Philadelphia (gonna count it as 1 syn coz it really was a teeny amount), and 2 tbsp of low fat sour cream (2 syns)

Snacks: Treat size Fudge and treat size Chomp (6 syns)
Morrison's Eat Smart yogurt and a chopped apple.

Drinks: Diet Coke. 4 coffee's (Milk as Hex A). Peppermint tea.

Lunch: Porridge (Hex B) made with 50ml semi milk (part of Hex A) and 100ml water, sliced banana and a tsp of brown Splenda (1syn)

Tea: Quorn chicken pieces, onion, 1/2 tin of mixed beans, 1/4 tin of tomato's, sweetcorn, & spinach. Wholemeal pasta shells. Broccoli and roasted veggies-3 diff coloured peppers, tomato's, and red onion. 2 tbsp extra light mayo (1.5 syns). Grated low fat cheese (counting this as a Hex B coz I've only had one today)

Snacks: 1 Hotel Chocolat chocolate (Only really had this because I'd only had 2.5syns all day! 3 syns)
Sliced apple, bit of fresh mango, and a Shape Fuller for Longer yogurt.

Drinks:4 coffees (rest of milk Hex A) and a redbush tea.

Syns used: 5.5

A very happy day today. I've lost 4lb :eek: :D I had 2 days off plan because of my birthday AND its evil, girly * week. I am very shocked I lost anything!!

Tea: Fantastic stir fry made with 1/2 tin of stir fry veg, mange tout, baby sweetcorn, 3 diff coloured peppers, carrot, red onion, dwarf beans, spring greens, and courgette. Packet of Bachelor's Chinese rice. Quorn pieces. And flavoured with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. 2tbs extra light mayo 1.5 syns)

Snacks: Pot of Shape Fuller for Longer.

Drinks: 3 coffee's (rest of Hex A 1). Diet Coke. Coke Zero. Options orange hot choc (2 syns)

Syns used: 4.5
Syns left for the week: 20

Exercise: Over an hour dog walking. And a quick 10min walk to the shops.

Ah bugger, only used one of each Healthy Extra, but I really, really can't eat any more :rolleyes:
