Can someone tell me how many syns are in the cheese mug shot please?

I know the others are free , but they just dont taste as nice. BTW I am on a green day . Thanks

i normally eat the cheese ones also, they have got to be the best. I had a thai one last week, and it wasn't too bad, not sure how many syns are in it either.
