Be lost my book and we don't have a permanent group leader so they won't replace it. Grrr. Anyway can someone help with my hexb cheese? How much Stilton can you have on a hexb and also how much normal cheddar can you have on a hex a? Thank you x

HEb Stilton = 28g (Green or EE)
HEa Cheddar = 28g (all plans)

Both came from my Green 2010 Book so not sure if these two have had any increased allowance (think it's only lower fat cheeses that had an increase)

The stilton wont be a HEB on extra easy unfortunately. Cheese is only a HEB on the green plan. Thats one reason why I love it so much lol

The amounts did change at the start of the year and would now be 30g for the two mentioned or 45g reduced fat cheddar(although most brands seem to be 40g)
