I buy lockerbie mature cheddar from Morrisons, doesn't have any nurtional information on it. Does anyone know the syn value for this? It obviously depends on how many grams I have but an estimate would be grand.

Had no syns today and fancy a load of cheese with my baked tattie tonight!

I just googled it and it brought up the Morrisons webpage with the nutritional values.

^^ is this the one you mean? From the deli counter? If so it is 117 calories or 6 Syns per 30g
