Chicken Caesar Salad on induction?

I'm going out for lunch tomorrow, and I'm looking through the menu so I can plan in advance what I can have. One possibility is a chicken caesar salad, but I was wondering if caesar dressing is OK on induction? Also, it comes with grana padano cheese - is that allowed?

I would have thought that would be ok... just googled caesar dressings & in the recipes I could find it all looked safe ingredients.
I would ask for the dressing on the side & make sure there are no croutons in it!!
